Dream Hanabi: Savor Authentic Japanese Cuisine in Victorville

This place is great because the happy hour prices are so good. You could get slightly better quality at some of the more upscale sushi restaurants but for the price the quality is great. The facility is always pretty clean and the waitresses are kind. Sometimes you have to wait a bit for the check or something when they get busy but that seems common with allot of the restaurants I go to.

First time having sushi here! The customer service was beyond awesome! Stephanie was our waitress. She is absolutely a delight! My husband and I did the all you can eat sushi and it was delicious! The oysters in shell were very big and meaty. All the sushi was made beautifully and it was very tasteful! Highly recommend coming to Dream Hanabi if your looking for an out of this world experience with great customer service and an impactful taste. This will be our sushi spot from now on. No one else compares. I loved all the lights and music they had on. Very cute!

Such a wonderful place to be in. Great costumer service, delicious food & happy Atmosphere & music. I love coming here. The food never disappoints. The fish always fresh, taste so darn delicious. His rolls, always a delicious taste with the extra toppings and dressings he puts. Omg my mouth is getting watery just writing this review. Lol The Sashimi always so fresh feels. My kids love the sushi as well but they recently started exploring different things in the menu. They said… if raw fish taste so good i wonder what the cooked food taste like. Lol they have no regret ordering teriyaki dishes and Yakisoba omg so good. That’s it… I’m taking the family out to Dream Hababi again. I can guarantee you, everything you eat will tasted delicious and you will for sure come back. I ordered an oyster shooter, i had to get another one. Lol Cheers!

First time here for an all you can eat sushi restaurant ... Everything tasted scrumptiously good... I would definitely recommend this restaurant for anyone who is visiting around the area looking to save money but wants to eat quality fresh made sushi when ordered. Without having to spend an arm and leg for top quality sushi. One price but endless sushi!! Eat until your tummy bursts!! Lol... We sure did!! The customer service was very attentive and polite. Everyone had three servers (2 guys + 1 lady) since it was still early in the afternoon and they just opened. Definitely deserves an A plus service, high quality foods, and big quantity sushi rolls that are super duper filling. Two choices to pick from for the all you can eat menu (silver or gold option that are available). We decided on the silver since it's our first time trying at this restaurant and felt the best choice to choose was the cheapest one between the two. Since we will not know how tasty the foods are. I cannot wait to come back again and again to try more variety of their sushi rolls off of the all you can eat menu. The ones we ate are Las Vegas Roll, Dynamite Roll, Big Dog Roll, Shrimp Tempura Roll, Popcorn Special Roll, Eel & Avocado hand roll, Eel & Avocado Basic Roll, Baked Mussels, Miso Soup, Nigiri Sushi: Fresh Water Eel, Smoked Salmon, 1972, 1994, Seared Albacore, Yellow Tail, Escolar. Service was great and staff were prompt. For High Desert this is a good spot for sushi especially, AYCE. The portions are huge so make sure to come hungry. We like their rainbow, shrimp tempura, and albacore delight rolls. Good place to dine in the area.

Great food and experience. Staff was amazing and the food was even better. Also very reasonable menu prices so the value is high.

I have eaten here At least 6 times, food and service friendly every time. They have all you can eat for two price points. Check them out, you will not be disappointed .
